How to change the Snapchat Cameo Selfie
The good news is that changing your Cameo Selfie on Snapchat is a pretty straightforward process:
If you want to change your Cameos selfie then Snapchat recommends the following:
- Open a Chat
- Select the face sticking its tongue out in the Chat bar
- Tap on a Cameos tile and press ‘… More’
- Tap ‘New Selfie’
You can also clear your current Cameos selfie. If you choose this, it will also delete related photo data for you and your friends. To do this:
- Tap the cog icon in My Profile to open Settings
- Select Clear My Cameos Selfie under ‘Account Actions’
- Tap ‘Clear’
In order to create a new Cameo, you will need to take a new selfie to go with it. It really is that simple. Now go forth, and start superimposing your face onto the world.
